Actor Jovan Adepo came in the light after his portrayal of Cory Maxson, a troubled young son of Denzel Washington in Fences, the Oscar-winning adaptation of August Wilson’s drama. His popularity further skyrocketed when the actor took a role on the hit Netflix series When They See Us. He is also notable for his wide range of roles in many movies and TV shows like Overlord, Sorry for Your Loss, and the HBO series The Leftovers.
