    Childhood: Early Interest in Modeling

    Kylie Bunbury was born on 30th January 1989, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada to a Guyanese-Canadian father Alex Bunbury and a Polish and Swedish American mother, Kristi Novak. She also has two brothers Teal Bunbury and Logan Bunbury.  

    Her father Alex is a former professional soccer player. Her brother Teal also ended up in his father's foot who plays for the New England Revolution.  

    As a child, Bunbury spent two years in England and net seven years in Madeira, Portugal. She later moved to Minnesota with her family.

    As a high-school girl, Kylie embarked on a modeling career and swiftly signed by the Minneapolis-based Vision Management Group. Subsequently, she worked for some top brands like Target, Vanity Clothing, and Abercrombie & Fitch. 

    After a few years as a model, Bunbury made a way to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career and enrolled at the highly regarded Playhouse West School and Repertory Theater.

    Her other notable TV works are Under the Dome, Pitch, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, and more. In 2019, she played Angie Richardson on the hit Netflix series When They See Us along with Chris Chalk, Marsha Stephanie Blake, Strom Reid, Jovan Adepo, and Aurora Perrineau.
